Primed and Ready!

With the nicer weather, it’s a treat to go outside and prime up miniatures. Sunlight, fresh air, and spray paint that drifts away instead of somehow ending up on my walls!

Bloodborne, BattleTech, and one each of Infinity and Kingdom Death miniatures primed/ waiting in queue.

I love zenithal highlighting. Black primer down, with a touch of white on top. I should get fancy and get a middle gray, but for minis this small the black/ white method works.

Zenithal is great to already build shadows and light before setting brush to plastic. It helps visually see where those volumes are, and if you really want to speedpaint, a thin glaze of your basecoat color on each area you want colored and voila! Easy, easy tabletop quality from the getgo!

Prepping as much as I can for my discord server’s friendly competition of “Backlog Blitz”, where I’m handing out points to everyone for the number of backlog minis they can paint during the month!
